Done with your planning? High five! Now, book a 2-hour slot with us so we can download your brain. We need the full scoop on your ninja team—venue details, florists, DJs, videographers, and your beauty squad. If they are teaming up for your big day, we need to know who they are!
Step 2:
Connecting the Dots
Now that we have your dream team on file, we’ll craft your timeline together, making sure we respect every single vendor contract. We don’t just make the plan; we share it with them and handle all the nitty-gritty logistical emails. Everyone gets a crystal-clear mission plan, from the first set-up to the final clean-up.
Step 3:
The "Zero Stress" Day
his is the part where you stop working and start partying. On the day, we are the first to arrive and the last to leave. We manage the timeline, herd the cats (and the guests!), and handle any hiccups so you don’t have to. You just focus on the champagne and the "I Do's"—we’ve got the rest.
